Qigong is the more ancient practice that gave birth to Tai Chi. It combines gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meditation, offering a powerful path to improved health and a calmer you. Many Tai Chi movements have come directly from Qigong.

Payment is by donation in the hat.

Parking is £1.20 an hour on the roadside.

Use the gate to the right and take the path straight ahead. When you come out of the trees you will be at the meadow where we hold the class. If the weather is bad we move to the Roundhouse a little further down the same path. If the weather is really bad I will put a post up on thispage to cancel.
